The Referee Management App is operated by Ilir Shala. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the app.
We are committed to handling your data with care and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only the data needed to provide you with the app's features:
- Account data — your email address and encrypted password
- Profile data — your profile picture (if you choose to upload one)
- Game data — game details you enter: date, teams, competition, venue, payment status
- Earnings data — the amounts and currencies you record for each game
- Preparation data — your checklist responses for pre-game and post-game preparation
- Usage analytics — anonymous page visit and performance data via Vercel Analytics
We do not collect location data, payment card details, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.
We use the data we collect to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Display your games, earnings, and preparation checklists
- Calculate your season statistics and earnings summaries
- Show your profile picture within the app
- Understand how the app is used so we can improve it (via anonymous analytics)
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you register, we store your email address and a hashed (encrypted) password. We never store your password in plain text.
Your email address is used solely to identify your account and, if needed, to send important account-related communications (such as a password reset). We do not send marketing emails.
All game, earnings, and preparation data you enter is stored privately under your account and is not visible to other users.
You may optionally upload a profile picture. This image is stored securely and displayed only within your own account view.
Profile pictures are stored on Supabase Storage (see Third-Party Services below). We do not share, analyse, or use your profile picture for any purpose other than displaying it to you inside the app.
You can remove your profile picture at any time from your account settings.
This landing page uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous performance and usage data — such as page load times and general visitor counts.
Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sessions or across websites. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
The app itself may use session cookies solely to keep you logged in. These are essential cookies and are not used for tracking.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the app:
Supabase
We use Supabase as our backend database and file storage provider.
Your account data, game data, earnings, and profile pictures are stored on Supabase.
Supabase applies row-level security, meaning your data is only accessible by you.

The app and this landing page are hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process basic
request metadata (such as IP address) as part of serving the app.

Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts (the Inter typeface) to style this landing page.
Loading fonts from Google may involve a request to Google's servers.

We do not use advertising networks, social media trackers, or any other third-party services beyond those listed above.
Your data is stored on Supabase, which provides:
- Row-level security — your data is isolated and not accessible by other users
- Encryption of data at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Hashed passwords — your password is never stored in plain text
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely immune to security risks. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@referee-management.com.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Right to restriction — you can ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances
- Right to data portability — you can request your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to object — you can object to certain types of data processing

You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, email us at info@referee-management.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
We will permanently delete your data — including your account, all game and earnings records, and any uploaded profile picture — within 30 days of receiving your request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If we make significant changes that affect how your data is handled, we will notify you by email or via a notice inside the app before the changes take effect.
